This design is a tribute to my Khmer people who were forced to abandon their beloved homeland during the civil war ( 1970s ). To everyone I've met on my journey back HOME who were raised in that era, you are truly remarkable individuals.

Cambodia, our beloved MOTHER, once became sick and hurt, burdened by pain that no one should endure. In her suffering, she had to let us go, to seek our own paths, to grow and learn in a world that felt foreign and harsh.

She longs for you, her precious children, and wishes she could have cared for you through those dark times. Though she couldn't protect you, she never stopped loving you. Now, she is healing, stronger than before, and she is calling you back to her.

You are part of her healing process. Your laughter, your dreams, and your resilience are the threads that will weave her back together. Together, we will mend the wounds of the past and build a brighter future.
