Back in 2016 chillin out in Tuol Kork I headed downstairs from my homie’s Borey, hop on a motto and cruised over out to Preah Sisowath Quay boulevard towards Mortalay.
Right there next to Wat Ounalom I grabbed my favorite drink “Tuk Keulok” from a local street vendor and kept cruising along Mortalay until I made my way to Samdach Sothearos Blvd x Oknha Chrun You Hak St.
I hopped off the motto because I was so intrigue at this run down, yet ravishing & vibrant built structure that I come to know as the “White Building”
I sat right there in front of that building for hours conversing with the local cyclo drivers and thinking to myself, I know this building is a part of Phnom Penh history and was definitely iconic back in the days.
